THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Once you have completed the requirements for the designation of your choice contact the ORFA for an ORFA professional designation application form or visit www.orfa.com.
Please send the completed application form with the appropriate fee to: ORFA Designation Program, Ontario Recreation Facilities Association, 1 Concorde Gate, Suite 102, Toronto, Ontario M3C 3N6
Applications are reviewed on a monthly basis and both approved and non-approved applicants will be notified.
Upon approval of your submission, a professional development file will be opened for you at the ORFA office and you will receive:
- Certificate of Designation
- ORFA Professional Development folder
- ORFA Registered Practitioner wallet card, lapel pin and t-shirt
- One year personal subscription to ORFA Facility Forum magazine
- Discounted course fees for the ORFA Annual Professional Development Program
- A letter sent to your employer announcing your accomplishment
- Your name added to the Registered Practitioner Honour Roll published in Facility Forum magazine
